Charcoal Fire Roasted Dong Ding
炭焙凍頂烏龍
The heavier roast on this Dong Ding is beautifully executed extracting mature fruit notes by way of pyrolysis. This tea is not as far as you can go on the roast spectrum, which allows it to maintain some floral qualities while bringing the tea drinker a full heavy bodied flavor imbued with luscious dried fig and toasty brown rice notes. This is a tea that tastes delicious now, and yet with time, the flavors will deepen and become even more incredible.
