Tea leaves are harvested from wild-grown trees that are more than 200 years old. It has a subtle fragrance of water lilies. When lightly brewed, it has a delightful and pure sweetness. Brewing Guidelines:
1 mini cap/5 grams
16 oz. water at 205˚F
Steep for 1~2 minutes
Re-steep 1 more time
