We are a small high quality tea boutique. Unfortunately we are not able to offer returns or exchanges for any tea product that has been opened or used.
If a product is damaged or has some other defect, please contact us via our Facebook page within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Other non-tea item that are received defective may be exchanged.
We do our best to ensure that each customer receives the highest quality tea.

All of our items are packaged with care to ensure they arrive on your doorstep in the same condition they leave our hands. We currently only ship to locations inside the United States.
We offer an $8 flat rate for shipping (handling included), with free shipping on orders over US$100.
Most orders can take up to 48 hours to process.
Items will arrive in 2-3 business days after processing, up to 5 days for Alaska and Hawaii.
