GABA  can also neutralize the caffeine in the tea, without affecting your sleep. The tea maker is one of the first tea farmers dedicated to the utilization of an organic cultivation process to protect the reservoir downstream, making their tea operation extremely unique. Its liquor is bright golden, sweet, and rich, with notes of brown sugar, dried mango, and honey.

Each 100 grams of dried leaves contains more than 150 mg of GABA.

Brewing Guidelines:
2~3 grams of tea
8 oz. water at 205˚F
Steep for 1 minute
Re-steep 4 or more times
