Mountain Dew
珠露高山紅茶
This unique red (black) tea is made of high quality leaves from Ali Mountain (altitude 1200 meters above sea level) in Taiwan. The leaves are typically processed as Ali Shan High Mountain Oolong – a signature Taiwan Oolong that is sweet like honey with enticing orchid aromas. When these hand-picked leaves are made into black tea, they retain their quality of high mountain oolong but with transformations. The finished tea is light – like a forest dewdrop – with delicate scents of pine and mint, slightly sweet and floral, with notes of orchid and ripened guava. The aroma pleasantly lingers with smooth mouthfeel, absent of bitterness and astringency.
