These high-end leaves (a single tender leaf with a downy bud) are grown deep in the Himalayan mountains, at altitudes more than 1500 meters above sea level. Hand-picked and oxidized under low temperature produces elegant and beautiful silver long needles. The pale-yellow liquor reveals a delicate aroma, lightly sweet and crisp. It is rich in antioxidants. Non-certified organic.

2 grams/1 teaspoon per 8oz cup | 75ºC /167ºF | 2 – 3 minutes| steep 2 times
(Cold brew) 4 grams per 8oz cup | Refrigerate | 8 – 12 hours
