Description
A bud and two leaves are handpicked and withered immediately for an hour before a one-minute de-enzyme procedure to stop the oxidation. The leaves are then rolled and shaped into pearls. The pale green liquor has a floral-vegetal taste yielding an interesting combination of slight sweetness and mild bitterness. And it is rich in antioxidants. Non-certified organic.

1 tsp (2.5 grams) per cup (200ml) | 75ºC/167ºF | 60-90 seconds
(Cold brew) 2 tsp per cup | Refrigerate | 6 – 8 hours
