The growing environment that Dayuling Oolong comes from is cool and misty all year round, thus the slow-growing tea leaves are rich in pectin. The liquor is creamy and well-balanced, with notes of orchid and the fragrance of fresh fruit.
Brewing Guidelines:
3~4g or 1tablespoon
8 oz. water at 205˚F
Steep for 1 minute
Re-steep 4 or more times
