Golden Lily (Jin Xuan) is also known as “Milk Oolong” due to its uniquely sweet and milk-resembling aroma. We have sought out this competition-grade Golden Lily Oolong cultivated in the high altitudes of Ali Mountain, enriching this Oolong with fresh, smooth, and delicate high mountain qualities. When it is brewed at a slightly lower temperature, it will present its signature silky and macadamia-like creamy mouthfeel, while brewing with a slightly higher temperature will bring forth its charming floral note of Osmanthus. Its golden liquor is a delight to behold. It is a feast of sight, smell, and taste!
Brewing Guidelines:
2~3 grams of tea
8 oz. water at 205˚F
Steep for 1 minute
Re-steep 4 or more times
