Description
Li Shan Oolong is regarded as one of the finest high mountain teas. Li Shan (Li Mountain) is part of Taiwan’s Central Mountain Range, surrounded by mist and clouds almost all year round; thus, the slow-growing leaves are thick and tender, rich in content, and only the leaves facing the sun are picked. It has a wealth of fresh flavor, an elegant fragrance, and a pear note followed by a creamy buttery finish.
Brewing Guidelines:
3~4g or 1 tablespoon
8 oz. water at 205˚F
Steep for 1 minute
Re-steep 4 or more times
