Phoenix Honey Orchid

Description

Grade: Premium; one of the ten famous varieties; over 100 years old ancient tea trees.

‘Honey Orchid’ (Mi Lan) Phoenix Tea is appropriately named due to the flavorful notes and characteristics of this light reddish hued tea. Although it is multi-faceted, there is a secret third note, well-akin to the Asiatic palate: lychee. Overall Honey Orchid’s flavor is sweet, warm, and delicious. The tea is a limited production.

Brewing Guidelines:

A porcelain gaiwan is the best. It is totally worth the cost of a good quality gaiwan, which is easy to clean and suitable for brewing all kinds of tea. Use high-temperature water and quick pour method.
