Dong Ding (凍頂, meaning “Frozen Summit”) Oolong is a world-renowned tea, characterized by its light roasting and moderate oxidation. The traditional, slow processing methods reveal a mild, malty flavor and sweet, floral fragrance, with notes of ripe fruit.
Brewing Guidelines:
3~4g or 1tablespoon
8 oz. water at 205˚F
Steep for 1 minute
Re-steep 4 or more times
