Our beloved breakfast tea! Hand-rolled and harvested from the Dhankuta District of Eastern Nepal. It is bright, fruity, and floral with notes of dark honey and apricot. It is also delicious as the base of Masala Chai! Certified Organic.

2 grams per 8oz cup | 95ºC – 100ºC | 2 – 3 minutes|steep 2 times
(Cold brew) 4 grams per 8oz cup | Refrigerate | 8 – 12 hours
