Taiwanese Tie Guan Yin comes from a special region in the north outside of Taipei called Mucha. The Chang family who grows and processes this tea has passed down its secrets over several generations. Usually passed from father to son, these secrets are now in the hands of the daughters, who have, in turn, mastered these processes and have added their own innovations. You can truly appreciate the subtlety of the flavors enhanced by the women’s touch.
