This is a unique tea from the tea plantation located at Tatajia, 1800 meters up Jade
Mountain (Yu Shan 玉山). Cloaked in the mist all year, this tea’s special flavor is a result of the vast
temperature differential between day and night with only short duration of sunlight
each day. These conditions cause the tea leaves to be thicker and high in pectin
bestowing sweet and rich, clean and clear taste. You will experience a soft and
smooth texture as you drink this tea. It is like nectar full of life and vitality.
This Oolong has a fragrance reminiscent of lilac, yet with robust Qi from the
mountain.
