Description
The 46-year-old 1979 aged Dong Ding is a rare tasting experience to savor. It’s vibrant and distinct tasting notes transform smoothly. A light, mellow creaminess of peach or melon is the backdrop for the floral, earthiness of a woodsy meadow resolving into fruity brightness. And all of this settles deeply into the tongue.
